Reset your password
Go to app.getdotio.com/login and click Forgot password.
Enter your email. We send a reset link. Click it, choose a new password, log in.
If you don’t get the email
Check spam. If nothing in 5 minutes, click Resend. If it still doesn’t arrive, email hello@getdotio.com and we’ll reset it manually.
Changing a known password
Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter current, enter new, confirm.
Google login
If you signed up with Google, you don’t have a Dotio password. Manage the login through your Google account. You can add a password later in Settings → Security if you want a backup.
