Accessing the portal
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. This opens the secure billing portal.
What you can do there
- Update payment method.
- Update billing address — important for tax invoices in some jurisdictions.
- Update tax ID or VAT number — needed for EU invoicing.
- Download invoices — all Dotio invoices as PDFs.
- Cancel subscription — ends your plan at the current period’s end.
- Change subscription.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. For larger yearly plans, wire transfer is available on request.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retry over several days. You’ll get emails about each attempt. If we can’t collect after a few tries, your subscription is paused — you keep access to your data, but AI stops until payment is resolved.
