App won’t open
- Force-quit and reopen.
- Restart your phone.
- Check the app store for an update.
- Reinstall (your data is safe — it’s in your Dotio account, not on the phone).
Can’t log in
- Check your password.
- Try Google login if you signed up that way.
- Use “Forgot password” to reset.
Chat is slow
- Check your network. Chat streams live and needs a stable connection.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Uploaded receipt didn’t process
After upload, it takes a few seconds to a minute for data extraction. If longer:
- Check chat history — there should be a message.
- Try uploading again.
- If it repeatedly fails, the image might be unreadable. Try a clearer photo.
