App won’t open

  • Force-quit and reopen.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Check the app store for an update.
  • Reinstall (your data is safe — it’s in your Dotio account, not on the phone).

Can’t log in

  • Check your password.
  • Try Google login if you signed up that way.
  • Use “Forgot password” to reset.

Chat is slow

  • Check your network. Chat streams live and needs a stable connection.
  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Uploaded receipt didn’t process

After upload, it takes a few seconds to a minute for data extraction. If longer:

  • Check chat history — there should be a message.
  • Try uploading again.
  • If it repeatedly fails, the image might be unreadable. Try a clearer photo.
