How to invite someone
In the app, go to Settings → Team → Invite member.
Enter their email and pick a role. They receive an email with a link to join. When they click it, they’re added to your company.
Roles
- Owner — full access including billing. Usually the founder.
- Admin — full access except billing.
- Member — can use the app and see data, but can’t change company-wide settings.
- Viewer — read-only.
Removing someone
Go to Settings → Team, find the person, click Remove. Access is cut off immediately.
Seat limits
Your plan includes a certain number of seats. If you hit the limit, upgrade your plan or remove inactive members. See Billing — Plans for details.
