Updating your profile
Go to Settings → Profile. Update:
- Name.
- Email — changing email requires re-verification.
- Avatar.
- Time zone — affects dates and times throughout the app.
- Language — see languages.
Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications. Toggle which events email you:
- New responses (if you step away mid-conversation).
- Invoice payments.
- Overdue invoices.
- Credit balance low/empty.
- Plan renewal reminders.
- Team activity.
Turn off anything you don’t want.
