Missing credits after upgrade or purchase

Wait a minute

Credits usually appear within seconds. In rare cases it takes a few minutes. Refresh the balance display (top right).

Check your email

If the payment succeeded, you have a receipt. If it failed, you have a failure email.

Check billing

Settings → Billing shows recent invoices and their status. If the latest is “paid,” credits should be in your account. If “pending” or “failed,” payment didn’t complete.

Still missing

Email hello@getdotio.com with the time of the purchase and a screenshot of the receipt.
