When to upgrade
- You’re consistently running out of credits before month-end.
- You’re growing and know you’ll need more.
- You want yearly billing’s 20% discount.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Pick your new tier. Confirm.
Upgrades take effect immediately. The difference in credits between your old and new tier is added to your balance right away.
Billing is prorated. You’re charged the difference for the remainder of the current period, and future periods bill at the new rate.
Downgrading
Same page. Pick a smaller tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current tier’s credits for the rest of the period.
Switching monthly ↔ yearly
Monthly to yearly takes effect immediately and gives you the 20% discount from that point forward. Yearly to monthly takes effect at your annual renewal date.
