Adding planned revenue
Go to Planning → Revenues → New. Enter:
- Name — product, service, or line of business.
- Amount — monthly, quarterly, or total.
- Start and end dates.
- Currency.
- Category — revenue account.
- Client (optional).
Recurring revenue
For SaaS, subscriptions, retainers — enter a monthly amount and Dotio spreads it.
One-time revenue
For project-based work, milestones, or one-off sales.
Revenue ramps
For revenue that grows over time, set up a ramp:
- Month 1: $5,000
- Month 2: $8,000
- Month 3: $12,000
